If the Colossus of Rhodes can be one of the original 7 wonders, I guess the Colossus of Charles Street (by the train station) should be ours. After all, it's a wonder that no one ever considered the fact that it's an eyesore before commissioning it. That "artist" is laughing all the way to the bank. Is it art? Yes. Is it bad art? Most definitely.
