I need this to be confirmed but when Locke turned on his flash light and the cabin shook. I think Richard Alpert manifested himself as Jacob. Just look at the part when Ben was pushed and all the chaos was going on . A figure that looks so much like Richard Alpert when he first met Ben , appeared. Creepy !
Just as Sophia said, I saw a figure when Ben was pushed back. Sophia, you are right. I saw it. I thought it was a figment of my imagination, but I saw closely and he was there. Jacob is... interestingly scary.
So much for the others being "the good guys."
